2018-2019 YOUTH OF THE YEAR Awards Banquet

April 18, 2019 at 6 p.m. banquet at the Green Meadow Country Club

The Youth of the Year banquet was a great success with our 3 finalists and their families in attendance, along with many Exchange members. The winner of the Youth of the Year received a $1,500 scholarship. Our 2 semi-finalists each received a $750 scholarship. Congratulations to these 3 outstanding students!

2018-2019 YOUTH OF THE MONTH - February 14, 2019

Today we had our fifth installment of our Youth of the Month students. We honered 5 Students from CHS and HHS. Each one of them got up and told the club about their accomplishments and what their plans are for the future. Our Students of Month were, Evan Rankin – HHS, Rylee Holman – HHS, Aurora Boutin – HHS, Mikayla Witter – CHS and Mariah Thomas – CHS. Congratulations and hope to see some of you at the YOY dinner.

Today we had our fourth installment of our Youth of the Month students. We honered 3 Students from CHS and HHS. Each one of them got up and told the club about their accomplishments and what their plans are for the future. Former Exchange Club President John Harrington honored each student. These are amazing students!

2018-2019 YOUTH OF THE MONTH - December 13, 2018

Today we had our third installment of our Youth of the Month students. We honered 5 Students from CHS and HHS. Each one of them got up and told the club about their accomplishments and what their plans are for the future. Former Exchange Club President John Harrington honored Tom Nelson and Justin Patten from Capital High. Benjamin Ries, James Romney and Aidan Brus from Helena High. We are very excited to have such talented kids in Helena!

2018-2019 YOUTH OF THE MONTH - November 8, 2018

Today we had our second installment of our Youth of the Month students. We honered 6 Students from CHS and HHS. Each one of them got up and told the club about their accomplishments and what their plans are for the future. Former Exchange Club President John Harrington honored Tyler McGurran, Paul Schuele, Ethan Davidson, Matysen Holmes, and Peter Lund for youth of the month. What a pleasure it is to have these kids represent Helena!

Today we had our first installment of our Youth of the month students for 2018-2019 schoold year. Each one of the got up and told the club about their accomplishments and what their plans are for the future. Former Exchange Club President John Harrington honored Jonah Bibeau, Audrey Bloomquist, Kara Steab, Rachel Jakovac, and Morgan Oie for youth of the month. They all have a bright future ahead of them. What a fantastic group of kids!

Congrats to these fantastic students!

Exchange Club President John Steinhoff honored Bryndon Wilkerson, Elizabeth Rigby, Mariah Thompson, and Madison Giles from HHS and CHS for the Student of the Month. These kids continue to amaze us!

Our guest today were Max Nielsen, HHS student whom was not able to make last week’s Youth of the Month. Max told us about his future collegiate plans and his interests. His college of choice may need to be where he can downhill ski, sounds like he’s an avid skier. Congrats to Max!

The Youth of the Year banquet was a great success. The 3 finalists and their families were in attendance, along with approximately 33 Exchange members. The winner of the Youth of the Year $1,500 scholarship was Josh Barrows of HHS. The other 2 finalists each received a $750 scholarship they were Jake Pennington and Darcie Caldwell. Each of them stood up and briefly told us of their future plans. Congratulations to these 3 kids. They will be going places!
